1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern use of courses, coaching sessions and products provided by ExecSkillEdge. By accessing or enrolling, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Executive Training Services
ExecSkillEdge offers instructor-led training sessions delivered online or on-site. Details including dates, duration, and locations are provided at enrollment.
3. Information Products
This category includes digital guides, modules and other electronic resources available for download immediately after purchase.
4. Physical Goods
Certain books and materials may be shipped to customers. Shipping options and delivery estimates are provided during checkout.
5. Fees and Processing
All fees are stated in the order summary. Payment must be completed before access to services or delivery of products.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Services
For live training sessions, participants may request a refund up to 14 days before the session start date. After that, fees are non-refundable. Alternatively, participants may request to reschedule. To do so, contact us via contact form at least 7 days before the session. ExecSkillEdge reserves the right to approve rescheduling based on availability.
6.2 Information Products
Digital modules and guides may be refunded within 7 days of access activation, provided no more than 20% of content has been viewed. To request a refund, submit a request via contact form. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original method of payment.
6.3 Physical Goods
Items shipped may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in unused condition. To initiate a reimbursement request, contact contact form. Once we receive the item, we will inspect and issue a refund or an share at our discretion. Shipping cost for sending back items is the responsibility of the customer unless ExecSkillEdge arranged delivery in error.
7. Scheduling and Rescheduling
Requests to adjust training dates must be submitted via contact form. We strive to accommodate changes subject to availability. No additional fee will apply unless session fees have changed for the new date.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
